We create transformational social and environmental impact by bringing individuals, organisations and aspiring change makers into a “huddle” for an holistic sustainability win.
The Impact Huddle is a purpose-driven studio focused on the human side of sustainability. We work with organisations, leaders, educators, and cross-cultural teams to build cultures where people, impact, and performance can thrive together. Our approach blends behavioural science, leadership development, social sustainability, and story-driven learning.
Co-creating social sustainability into strategy, culture, and everyday decision-making. Focus areas include purpose, wellbeing, equity, inclusion, and values in action. I help teams translate these ideas into practical roadmaps, leadership behaviours, and measurable commitments that fit their context. For organisations just starting out, I also offer diagnostic assessments and guidance on where to focus first.
Workshops and sprints that help teams understand communication styles, cultural dynamics, trust-building, and sustainable ways of working together. These experiences are grounded in behavioural science and cultural intelligence, making them relevant for globally distributed or fast-scaling teams. Each session includes real examples, reflective exercises, and clear takeaways so teams can strengthen collaboration without adding more pressure or complexity.
Designing learning experiences, from executive workshops to classroom sessions, that make complex ideas accessible, memorable, and human. I create sessions that blend evidence, storytelling, and interaction so participants leave with insight and practical tools they can apply immediately. These can be delivered in-person or online and tailored for leadership teams, early-career cohorts, or cross-functional groups.
Impact Huddle supports individuals at the beginning of their professional journey who show strong potential and ambition. Through behaviourally informed mentorship, and practical tools, we help early-career professionals build clarity, confidence, and the skills that anchor sustainable growth and purpose-driven leadership.
